Each CI W EN garment is produced with intention and precision to individual specification. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, all sales are considered final.

Policy

All CI W EN garments are custom-made, made-to-order, or limited production pieces.

As such:

• No returns

• No refunds

• No exchanges

Deposits are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Completed garments are considered final sale upon delivery or collection.

This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 regarding custom-made goods.
