The Person behind CI W EN

CI W EN is a London-based fashion house at the intersection of art, performance, and identity. Each piece is a handcrafted expression of individuality, a statement of power, depth, and presence. CI W EN designs are created for those who do not follow energy, but command it.

Founded by designer and creative director Rābia, CI W EN reflects the journey of a woman from the Turkish diaspora who arrived in London with a sewing machine and an unshakable vision. Her work is a dialogue between resilience, craftsmanship, and transformation, where tradition meets frequency, and clothing becomes ritual.

Since its founding in 2021, CI W EN has evolved from a custom-only label into a global name worn by artists across the world, including FLO, Leigh-Anne, Shallipopi, Seyi Vibez, Joeboy, BIA, Gyakie, Headie One, Omah Lay, Smino, Taliamar, Zoe Wees, Stefflon Don, and more.

In 2025, the house marked a new era with its first runway presentation in London, a visual manifesto of power, spirit, and rebirth.

CI W EN is more than fashion. It is storytelling through energy, a medium of transformation and connection. Every creation merges traditional craftsmanship with contemporary expression, honouring cultural roots and new life cycles.

Each garment challenges conformity and reveals the force of your true self.
